Michael Desaulniers

Chair

Mike has been a resident of Windham for 15 years. He has served on the board of zoning and appeals and served two terms on the Board of Education, one as the vice chair. He is a local business owner and has children in the Windham school system. In 2021 Mike ran for mayor with a close defeat. He currently serves on the Windham taxing district and is very involved in activities with his kids. He's the president of the Little T Speedway (a non profit racing club for children). Auto racing is his favorite pastime.

Alecia Tortorich

Vice Chair

Alecia has been a resident of Windham for 20 years. For the past three years she has served as the Republican Deputy Registrar of Voters. She joined the Windham Republican Town Committee three years ago. Alecia is married to her husband of 25 years and has two children in the Windham school system. She is invested in the community and just recently joined the Elk’s Lodge in Willimantic.
